Luminor concluded inaugural covered bonds issue
Luminor Bank AS has today concluded its inaugural 5-year EUR 500 million covered bonds issue maturing on 11.03.2025 with a fixed 0.01% coupon. The bonds were sold at terms equivalent to 25 basis points spread above mid-swap market rate. The total demand was in excess of EUR 1.6 billion from over 80 institutional investors from 18 countries across Europe.
The bonds will be issued under the bank's EMTN and covered bond programme and are to be admitted to trading on the Irish Stock Exchange.
Joint lead managers on the transaction were Citi, LBBW, Luminor, Nordea and UniCredit.
